please read before confirming your appointment
These notes outline how appointments are confirmed and how we work together. They exist to create clarity, fairness, and a calm experience for both of us.
confirming your appointment & down payment
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable down payment of €100 is required.
After receiving the payment details, please complete the down payment within 24 hours to confirm your date.
If payment is not received within this timeframe, the appointment will automatically be released.
Please make sure to check your email carefully to avoid any disappointments.
canceling or rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by email at least 48 hours in advance.
Same-day cancellations, rescheduling and no shows require a new down payment to book a new appointment.
you are able to reschedule without costs 3 times
This policy applies to all clients.
If you cancel in time, your original down payment remains valid for 6 months, allowing you to book a new appointment within that period.
design process
Your design will be presented to you on the day of your appointment.
Due to the volume of requests, designs cannot be shared beforehand.
There will always be enough time during your appointment to review and make adjustments if needed.
To ensure the best possible outcome, please make sure your email request is complete and includes a clear description of what you’re looking for.
Touch ups
our first touch-up is complimentary and can be booked within one year after your original appointment.
To schedule a touch-up, please send an email and always include a clear photo of your healed tattoo.
communication
All communication regarding your appointment takes place via email only.
Direct messages on social media could not be answered or missed.
This helps keep all information clear and in one place.
studio guidelines
You must be 18 years or older to get tattooed.
Appointments are one-on-one; bringing friends or family is not possible.
If you are running late, please email to let me know.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice may result in your appointment being rescheduled.
